The Dead Man’s Dredge Dungeon in Diablo 4 is an excellent location to farm early on. Under the enemies’ name and just above their health bar will also be the label “Animus Carrier.” There is no specific location where these enemies will be found otherwise, so running through the dungeon is the best bet for finding them quickly.

These enemies will drop purple blobs when killed. To pick them up, run through them, and it will fill up a bar under the quest log. It is possible to miss picking up the purple blobs that are dropped. If the quest bar is not full, and it appears most enemies are dead, retrace your steps and keep an eye out. It is likely on the ground near the site of a previous battle. Once the quest bar is filled, the players will see their next objective.

The second objective is to deposit the Animus into an Animus Urn. There will be a marker on the mini-map, which looks like a diamond with a triangle inside it.
